In order to access the survey inside the workflow, the workflow input parameter must be a Survey Result.
Then it is possible to access the survey from calculations, for example:
[Input].[Campaign] like '%Data Sensitivity Assessment%'
To configure a workflow to run:
- Open the survey you want, see Creating or Editing a Survey.
- Select Workflow tab.
- In the On survey complete field, select the Pencil icon. The Select Workflow dialogue appears.
- Select the Workflow you want and select OK.
- In the On campaign close field, select the Pencil icon. The Select Workflow dialogue appears.
- Select the Workflow you want and select OK.
- Select Save.
