Page filters Improvements

  • Filter selection visibility: Users can now view the selected filter values displayed as part of the filter component, eliminating the need for additional clicks.
  • Remembering filter selection upon navigation: Filter selections will now be remembered when navigating away from pages or form pages.

AI Agent Updates

Agent visibility

You can now configure which AI Agents are displayed in specific apps or forms across the platform — ensuring users only see relevant agents in the right context. The new Agent Visibility settings let you tailor agent presence across apps and object form pages.
Key Highlights:

  • Context-Aware Agent Display: Specify a single object that an agent is tied to. Choose whether the agent appears on all form pages for that object or only selected ones.
  • App-Based Placement: Limit agent availability to specific apps. Agents will only appear when navigating within these apps.

Look for the new “Agent Visibility” option in the agent builder’s left panel to get started.

Agent Testing

Agent developers can now simulate the AI Agent interaction via the Agent testing panel, while having the convenience of updating instructions in a single page.
Additionally, the Agent testing panel enables selection of a test record to verify instructions and prompts correctly use the record in Context.

Process Engine

The ReadiNow Process engine is an exciting development in the realm of business process automation. It offers a highly configurable and user-friendly approach to designing and implementing business processes. The Process feature entered the beta phase in Release 2.189 and will be accessible to customers interested in joining the feedback program. Please submit a support ticket to trial Process.
