Nova Feature Enhancements
Navigation Enhancements:
Nova Application Navigation: A new navigation element ‘App Switcher’ has been added to the top of the page. It allows end users to navigate between apps with fewer clicks, improving transitions and enhancing overall efficiency when working across applications.
For existing apps, the alias field remains blank by default. In this case, the App Switcher displays the original App Name. Click here to see how you can shorten the app name.
Page Builder Improvements:
Filter Component Enhancement: A new operator called 'in-between' has been added to the Filter component to filter dates with a date range. This operator was also added to the data table component filtering capability. Affected data types are:
- DateTime
- Date
- Time
Data Table Refinements
- Improved Multiselect Behavior : We have updated the multiselect mode in data tables to provide a more consistent and user-friendly experience.
- Previous behavior: Multiselect mode would automatically exit when all rows are unselected or when clicking on an unselected row. This often disrupts the user workflow.
- New behavior: Multiselect mode stays active even when all selections are cleared or when clicking on an unselected row. Users can continue selecting and deselecting rows without interruption. To exit multiselect mode, users can use the context menu or action bar.
- Filter and Sort Popups UI Improvements: The data table filter and sort popups UI has been improved as follows:
- The design of the filter and sort popups has been updated for a more consistent and polished look
- The count of applied filters is now displayed - making it easier to see how many filters are applied
Form Pages:
- Multi Select choice fields: We have enhanced the Multi Select choice fields display and interaction as follows:
- Chips: Selected option in multi-select fields now appear as chips.
- Improved Interaction: You can now remove selections by clicking the chips “x” button, there is no need to open the dropdown.
- Consistent Formatting: chips will now be formatted based on the highlight and icon formatting definitions.
Nova Features Available in Beta
The ReadiNow Process engine is an exciting development in the realm of business process automation. It offers a highly configurable and user-friendly approach to designing and implementing business processes. The Process feature entered the beta phase in Release 2.189 and will be accessible to customers interested in joining the early access program. Please submit a support ticket to trial Process.

Survey does not exist error: Survey tasks which are opened from a data table or notification as part of a process no longer show “Survey does not exist” error once completed.
Platform Resolved Issues:
- Tenant Rollback: Fix an issue in Tenant Rollback not rolling back fields with NULL values.
- Entities Import Issue: Fix an issue removing existing data during import, This issue affected imported workflows.
- Reports: Fix data missing from reports having multiple access roles being applied.
- Record API: Fix has been made to consider evaluating calculated fields that are only included in the API Form and ignore the fields with constraints, but are not on the API Form. Health check has been added to assist users to discover any expressions in the calculated fields on API Form that uses Fields/Relationships that are not on the API Form.
