Overview
ReadiNow offers a structured online training program designed to empower users with the knowledge and skills to effectively administer and configure the ReadiNow platform. The program is split into two levels:

Training Program Flow
ReadiNow offers a structured online training program designed to empower users with the knowledge and skills to effectively administer and configure the ReadiNow platform. The program is split into two levels:
*Expert Support - Group Q&A sessions are conducted remotely by a ReadiNow Professional Services Consultant and follow a scheduled format. Sessions may include participants from multiple clients. To attend, please submit a ticket via the ReadiNow Service Desk to secure the next available session.
*Training Environment - Paid Training includes access to your own dedicated online training tenant for you to complete the training lessons for a period of 3 months from date of acceptance. Note: This tenant does not fall under SLA’s defined in the agreement

Access to the training videos in the ReadiNow Academy is available to all ReadiNow Designated Administrators. To request access, please submit a ticket via the ReadiNow service desk https://servicedesk.readinow.com/sp/#/servicedesk
Training Tenant Access & Group Q&A: Access to a personal training tenant is required to complete course exercises. This is a paid services and to request access contact your ReadiNow account manager.
