ReadiNow will provide PaaS Support & Maintenance Services for the PaaS Support & Maintenance Plan purchased as defined in the relevant Work Order, and on the terms set out in the relevant PaaS Support & Maintenance Services Plans.
ReadiNow will provide the Customer notice when a ticket is marked as ‘resolved’ or ‘waiting on customer’, and the ticket will be moved to ‘closed’ 20 days from the date of notice, unless the Customer has requested or responded otherwise.
Customers will nominate at least two (2) and up to four (4) Designated Representatives and provide their names and contact details to ReadiNow and provide notification of any change to these details (including transfer of Designated Representatives’ responsibilities to other individuals)."
