The Field Masking Policy allows administrators to protect sensitive information by specifying fields and relationships that ReadiAI Agents must never access. Fields added to this policy will be completely hidden from all agents—ensuring they cannot be read, queried, or included in any responses.
This does not affect visibility elsewhere in the platform and is enforced exclusively when data is accessed through ReadiAI Agents.

- Chosen relationships will display with source/target objects and usage details.
How Masking Works at Runtime
When a field or relationship is masked:
- The agent cannot see or reference the field name, data, or metadata.
- Masked fields are excluded from all AI agent tools, including queries, updates, and calculations.
- Masked relationships prevent agents from accessing or traversing linked records across objects.
