Agent visibility

⬅ Go back to Agent Home Page

Agent Visibility determines where a ReadiAI Agent appears within the ReadiNow user interface—either on specific form pages linked to an object or within selected Nova applications. This ensures that AI assistance is provided in the most relevant context, whether globally across an app or only in specific object-related workflows.

Accessing Agent Visibility Settings

To access the settings:

  1. Open the Agent Builder.
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Agent Visibility.

The page is divided into two sections:
  • Object-based Visibility
  • Agent App Placement

Object-based Visibility

Use this section to make an agent visible only on form pages related to a specific object.

  1. Select Object
    • Choose the object the agent should be associated with. Only one object can be selected per agent.
  2. Form Page Visibility Toggle
    1. Enabled: The agent appears on all form pages for the selected object, across all apps.
    2. Disabled: You can manually choose specific form pages on which the agent should appear.
  3. Select Form Pages
    1. If the toggle is disabled, use this dropdown to select one or more form pages where the agent will be shown.
    2. Note: Object-based visibility ensures the agent only appears on form pages related to the selected object, regardless of how the page is accessed (e.g. within apps or via direct links).

Agent App Placement

Use this section to define where the agent appears on Nova application pages.

For each listed app:

  • Show in App: Toggle this on to show the agent throughout the app's Nova pages.
  • Show in Form Pages: Toggle this on to show the agent only when form pages are accessed from within the app.

Rules:

  • If no apps are selected, the agent does not appear in any app-based pages.
  • The agent may still appear on form pages if configured via Object-based Visibility.
  • Agents are not shown:
    • In administration areas
    • When navigating to form pages via process links
    • When accessing form pages through direct URLs outside the app context
